The e-Portfolio Experience at SIRLS

e-Portfolios are increasingly used in educational settings as a way for students to demonstrate what they have learned. e-Portfolios are websites created by students to make their e-Portfolios available to specific audiences. At SIRLS, there are three types of websites that students use to record their learning experiences. They are:

• SIRLS Competency e-Portfolio (required for graduation)
• Websites for specific courses (vary by course requirements and course instructor)
• Professional e-Portfolios (optional)
